Glen has an impressive track record of implementing new commercial models and innovative ways of doing business across Senior Commercial and Medical Affairs roles. He has led the establishment of a multi-regional operational pharmaceutical organisation. He has also coached Leadership teams, integrated and scaled Agile across organisations. He is a certified OKR coach and specialises in supporting teams in defining strategy to execution plans and then introducing frameworks and ways of working that hold teams accountable. He has a passion for making a difference and having a positive impact especially for teams working in speciality care and rare diseases.
